1. Scope

This policy applies to paid subscriptions and other paid digital services offered by Alnnahwi through our website, application, or checkout pages.

2. Subscription billing and renewal

When you purchase a subscription, you authorize Alnnahwi to charge the subscription fee, applicable taxes including VAT where required, and any other clearly disclosed charges to your selected payment method.

Unless stated otherwise at checkout, subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled.

• the billing period
• whether the subscription renews automatically
• how to cancel

3. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or through the same or a similarly simple method made available to you at the time of sign-up.

When you cancel:

• your subscription will not renew for the next billing period

• your subscription will remain active until the end of your current paid billing period

• you will continue to have access to paid features until that billing period ends, unless we state otherwise at checkout or in a specific offer

  Cancellation does not delete your account unless you separately request account deletion.

4. Refund policy

Except where required by applicable law, Alnnahwi does not provide refunds or credits for:

• partial billing periods

• unused time

• unused usage allowances, credits, or entitlements included in a subscription

• accidental non-use after a subscription period has started

  If you cancel during a billing period, your cancellation takes effect at the end of that billing period, and no refund or prorated credit will be issued for the remaining days of that period.

5. When refunds may be issued

Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory rights you may have under applicable law.

We may issue a full or partial refund, or other appropriate remedy, in cases such as:

• duplicate charges

• unauthorized charges

• material billing errors

• technical failure on our side that prevents delivery of the paid service for a meaningful period

• any other case where a refund is required by applicable law

  If a refund is approved, it will generally be returned to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.

6. Trials, promotions, and special offers

If we offer a free trial, discounted period, or promotional pricing, the specific terms shown at checkout will apply in addition to this policy.

Unless the offer states otherwise, a paid subscription may begin automatically at the end of the trial or promotional period, and the renewal charge will be billed to your selected payment method unless you cancel before renewal.

7. Chargebacks and payment disputes

If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us first so we can review the issue and try to resolve it promptly.

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute, we may suspend or limit access to the paid subscription while the matter is under review, where permitted by applicable law and our Terms.
